DKIM & Domainkeys with OpemEMM Mails

I have started OpenEMM to bypass its own sendmail component & use System Sendmail.
Domainkey & DKIM keys are sending in all the mails sending through OpenEMM.
When I send mails through console, Yahoo-Gmail passes both DKIM & Domainkeys.
Now, the problem is , the DKIM key which is going with mails, is differ than the valid key.
And, Domainkey is going properly.
I am not able to understand how it is possible?
Please suggest...
