Cache Statistics

When I'm trying to figure out how to modify campaigns to perform better, I click around though each of the mailing statistics a lot. I've got a dual 3 ghz chip machine with 2 gigs of ram, and it takes a couple minutes to run the statistics on some of the campaigns. I was hoping for some way OpenEMM ...

Looks like we've got the same problem on the statistics reporting page for the campaigns-- We have one campaign set up that shows stats for both a mailing we did to 17,000 people that are on our mailing list already and the same mailing under a different name set to go out on an action for new subsc...

Action Based stats for Recipients

We've got a bunch of action based mailings that seem to be showing the wrong number for the "Recipients" --- For the stats I've got on my screen right now, I see the amount of "Opened mails: 22" and "Total clicking subscribers: 14" but it says that "Recipients: 3&q...

What we're trying to do is set up a marketing mailing like.... 1. You sign up for our mailing list 2. You get an automatic email from us 24 hours later -- if you click in this mailing, you'll get another follow up email (12 different emails) that is related to what you clicked on within the next 7 d...

Thanks for the Videos

Just wanted to say thank you for the videos you put online to give an overview of the application. I'm training a new person on OpenEMM now and it at least gives me a place to start. --- I've never seen that from an open source project before, thank you!

It appears that if you set up the iptables redirect for 8080 to 80 then you don't need to enter and of the new iptables ACCEPT 25/80/8080/8081

I'm doing a fresh install on a new Red Hat ES 5 machine

I don't think you can currently, although I don't have the latest version installed (working on that...)

But because the application is open source, your support is appreciated in figuring it out and posting your code.

After battling with two Windows versions for over a week, it seems (according to the logs) that it gets rejected by many (major) providers like Comcast, Hotmail, etc. Sounds like a problem with the IP address you're sending the emails from. I've had servers in the past get blacklisted by Hotmail, e...

I've got it working great on CentOS with sendmail. I set up a whole targeted email system where when the customer clicks in the first email, OpenEMM sends out follow-up emails based upon what was clicked in the original email. --- We could literally see the increase in traffic to www.carguygarage.co...

Animated Gif Problem?

I was trying to send out an email with an animated gif and kept getting an error when I'd try and save the HTML content with the img tag to the gif. Is there something blocking the sending of animated gifs? Or maybe it was just the URL to the gif (which wasn't anything fancy)? I just changed the ima...

What's the error?
Make sure not to use spaces in the Form name when you create it in OpenEMM and link it
agnFN=OptOutQuestion
If you use a form name with spaces, you won't be able to link it in the URL
