Updates via command line and web are displayed differently
Hi, I was checking for the frontend update .170 in the web interface . With Administration - Update check I get the message that 19.10.000.133 was the lastest version. Using OpenEMMInstaller.sh and selection the web based update, I see the update to 19.10.000.170 for the frontend. Is this a bug or a...

Re: Websevices crashing after upgrade to OpenEMM Version: 19.10.000.169
Thanks for the quickfix idea, but somehow it doesn't work. I did delete the indicated line in /home/openemm/webapps/webservices/WEB-INF/spring-ws-servlet.xml I did a openemm.sh stop / openemm.sh start, after modifying. Still the error. So I now switched back to the .133 version again. I noticed, how...

Websevices crashing after upgrade to OpenEMM Version: 19.10.000.169
Hi after upgrading the OpenEmm CVersion from 19.10.000.133 to .169 the webservices stopped working. If I access the wsdl (or webservices at https://mydomain/2.0/emmservices.wsdl) I get an error like below. I reverted to .133 an now the system is working again. Is this seomething on agnitas side or c...

Re: Using campaign manager with AB Test
Cool. I can barely wait to see it doing its magic! I now did it manually, using the split list function and the statistics compare view. I tried to use the birthday campaign wizard. Seems to a bit more complex to set up than just target groups. Is the only benefit using it in OpenEMM that it is easi...

Re: Using campaign manager with AB Test
Just a clarification: the decision icon seems to be working, but the "empty" mailing that should be filled by the decision cannot be left empty and cannot be filled with one of the 2 maiings used for A or B test.

Using campaign manager with AB Test
Hi, I tried to follow the manual to create a AB test using the campaign manager. In the manual, a template is mentioned, but it seems to be missing from the OpenEMM 2019. I tried to build the campaign manually according to the manual, but the systems doesn't stop complaining about the "decision...

Re: Issue with webservices invocation and template storage
Hi, did you create the user for this already? In 2015 you have to enter it directly into MySQL, in 2019 there is a frontend way. I have a PHP script for testing some functions, I'll copy some line from it (URL for web services is a bit different, changed to work with OpeneEmm 2019, but the test scri...

I'll try this later, but I sugest you use "SendServiceMailing" wit the action ID and Customer ID. This would be my first try.

Preview of Mailings empty / SOLVED
SOLVED: I re-did the installation of the backend and wkhtmltox using the rpm from sourceforge and not the installation package of Centos. Maybe this was the issue ... ============ Hi, I am still testing the new version setup. Currently, the preview of a single mailing is working and I did a few test...

Re: Migrating the Opt-in / Opt-out data from 2015R3 to 2019?
Thanks - I'll do that.
I saw that a full CSV export also contains all the Opt In/Out information, and it is easier to use without corresponding (old) server, so the DB backup is just kept for the worst case.

Migrating the Opt-in / Opt-out data from 2015R3 to 2019?
Hi, I am looking for the best way to migrate the opt-in / opt-out data from an existing OpenEmm 2015R3 to a new OpenEmm 2019 system. One way I can think of would be to do a CSV export of the status for each mailing list and try to import it - but is this the way you would recommend? Working in MySQL...

OpenEmm Webservices 2.0 - UpdateMailinglist not working as d
Hi, I try to use the UpdateMailinglist web service for re-creating a mailing list ID that I deleted before. From the manual this should work "Updates a mailing list with the given ID. If there is no such mailing list a new list is created." If I try to update a list that is not (any more) ...

Re: SMS engine integration
Same for me - or is it already in the paid version EMM?
At least there is a media type of 4 for SMS.
Thanks for a quick comment from Agnitas!

Hi,
I think you'll need to explain a little bit more what you did and what is the result.
Did you look throuch all the modifications you have to do to set up the settings for your domain,
for the server name, etc.?
Cheers,
Robert
