Why should I set up an MX Record in the DNS for bounce management work ?

The bounce filtering system works for me in the first case (during SMTP transaction) but not when a Mailer daemon is send .... and my extbounce.log is empty ...
Which log files/configuration files I can send for my problem ?

When I send a mailing, just before you click on "send" you see a select box with the time (hour, minutes) and I see a wrong time .... Sometimes the mailing is send and sometimes due to the wrong time , the mailing is send later (the next day for exemple ...) !!! Have you got an idea ? Than...

I have exactly the same problem and my python-mysql package seems to be install properly ... anyone have an idea ?
