Re: Unsubscribe Button
Company ID in OpenEMM is always 1 (parameter agnCI). agnFN defines the name of the web form in OpenEMM and placeholder ##AGNUID## will automatically replaced with the user's ID by EMM.

Re: Dynamic content in template by user
You could try to hide the unsubscribe link with a CSS class (which will be not interpreted in emails)
ETAs for future OpenEMM versions will be communicated in the OpenEMM wiki, but the version numbers should give you an indication.

Re: Dynamic content in template by user
You can use #if #else #end in EMM webforms (see user manual for more details). If you need it for mail content, you have to wait for OpenEMM 22.10 or 23.04.

Re: Incorrect login
You can always use menu "Security" of OMT to set a new password for user "emm-master".

Re: Upgrade a very old version to latest availaile
I proposed "2019 or later". IMO, the latest stable is always the best.

Re: Upgrade a very old version to latest availaile
Unfortunately, you cannot simply migrate from OpenEMM 2011, only from OpenEMM 2019 or later.
Best way is to export and import your recipients and to copy the HTML of mailings and web forms manually. Beginning with OpenEMM 2019, these objects can be exported and imported as well.

Re: Upgrade 20.04 -> 21.04 Problem
We moved the OpenEMM downloads to a different server, but we did not move files of version 20.04 because this version is no longer supported.
But you can download the runtime which allows you to upgrade to 20.10 here: https://fileshare.agnitas.de/index.php/ ... P/download

Since we cannot reproduce this problem, we have to dig a little bit deeper.

Re: Jobqueue Status ERROR (Overall Status ERROR) - after Upgrade 21.04 to 21.10.000.108
If you import from a different server, you probably have to change the value for <hostname>, because the new server will have a different name.

Re: Upgrade from 21.04.100 to 21.10.044 ends in a upgrade loop
You already use runtime 21.10.044, therefore, another update is not necessary. After you selected "n", you should be offered to installl OpenEMM 21.10.000.108, if you started OMT as root. If this does not work, you can try menu 7 to install from AGNITAS cloud with this link: https://filesh...

Re: ReportDesign
OpenEMM tries to create a temp table with a negative temp table ID (tmp_report_aggregation_-1_tbl). However a hypen in a table name is not allowed. Looks to me like OpenEMM ran out of positive temp table IDs. Could it be that your OpenEMM instance has a very long uptime? If so, please restart.

Re: How to install OpenEMM on RHEL and its forks
Our trainees did the installation on AlmaLinux and they had to follow the install guide. All feedback from them was incorporated up to version 1.0.5 of the guide. We have not tested OpenEMM with a MariaDB version higher than 10.5. Please be aware that some community editions of MariaDB have major bu...
