Multiple instances of OpenEMM in one container?
OK - Can we run either multiple instances of OpenEMM inside a single Resin container, or, can we run multiple instances of the whole Resin/OpenEMM bundle on the same machine and share a single Sendmail instance? I haven't really thought this through but may have a need in the not too distant future ...

Did you ever resolve this issue? I seem to be in the same situation. Unfortunately no I haven't. It is rather odd. Everything else seems to be working fine and I just haven't had that much time to look into it any further. What OS is your build running on? Let's see if we can find any similarities ...

Did you expect to get an answer to this thread then? :-D The userbase for OpenEMM seems to be growing at a pace but is not as large as some more popular projects. I guess by it's very nature the types and numbers of users of this system are never going to be massive. Many of the threads that remain ...

I can't see quite how it would fully work no. The bounces and link-click tracking all need to get back to OpenEMM somehow. I have read that you can use Apache and mod_proxy to disguise it and even create a separate, secured (https), interface to the admin console which might go some way to helping y...

Can't enable "Show in Archive" after sending
Just upgraded to 6.01. We used to only turn on archiving after it was sent.
In 6.01 the tick box is still enabled but there is no save button so we can't change that setting now.
I'll fix in the database for now, but I guess this is a bug?
TIA
Alan

To track down the problem you can set up a fresh installation of OpenEMM 6.0.1 with a copy of your database. If the CMS is still invisible, delete everything you don't want us to see (addresses, mailings, etc.) and send us a DB dump so that we can replicate the issue. OK. Thanks. I can do that. Thi...

Do you work with more than one OpenEMM session at the same time (i.e. tabbed browsing of the same application)? Quite often I do yes. I have one tab open with a mailing content preview panel open and then in another tab I make edits to the content etc. and then review the changes by reloading the p...

When you launch OpenEMM do you have an error report in log file openemm_stdout.log? No. There are the following log files in /home/openemm/var/log: /home/openemm/var/log$ ls -l total 80 -rw-r--r-- 1 openemm openemm 104 2010-02-03 17:11 20100203-extbounce.log -rw-r--r-- 1 openemm openemm 51 2010-02-...

Yes, they are both in the table.
And all items in the table have the same admin_group_id: 4.
Weird.
Code: Select all
4 cms.central_content_management
4 cms.mailing_content_management
Weird.

Hi Martin, No, the menu option in the sidebar is not present at all. Here's a paste on the html source of the main admin screen http://pastebin.com/m3171fc24 And I took a couple of screenshots just to prove it :-) The login screen: http://twitpic.com/11b1vg The main admin screen http://twitpic.com/1...

Unfortunately yes. It does.Does your file sidemenu.properties contain these 3 lines at the end?
Code: Select all
