Re: Can't view emails with OpenEMM2013
After working on this for a week, it looks like the Windows version of OpenEMM is only available as a new install and not an upgrade. If I upgrade OpenEMM 2011 to OpenEMM 2013 and apply the update_openemm-2011-2013.sql script located in USR_SHARE to the database, I can log in but not view any curren...

Re: Can't view emails with OpenEMM2013
Columns openaction_id and clickaction_id are the last 2 columns listed in mailing_tbl after I applied "update_openemm-2011-2013.sql" to the database. After I received the View email and create new email errors, I applied "openemm-2013.sql" to see what would happen and the New mai...

Can't view emails with OpenEMM2013 for Windows
I've been using OpenEMM 2011 on Windows Server 2003 with no problems. I upgraded to OpenEMM 2013, making sure I had all of the correct software and then applied the "update_openemm-2011-2013.sql" script located in USR_SHARE to the database. I'm able to login and do most things but am getti...

Re: Per user Mailinglist restriction
I know you and your team are working on OpenEMM 2012 but has there been any progress on an upgraded, paid version of OpenEMM that you mentioned a few months ago?

Bounces with Smart Relay
How does instant bounces work if you're using a Smart Relay Host. Since instant bounces go back to the sending server, won't bounces sent with a Smart Relay Host be returned to the Smart Relay Host? If not, how do instant bounces get back to the server that OpemEMM is installed on?

Recovery after Server Crash
I sent a mailing to about 9,000 recipients, and while the QUEUE folder was being filled up, my server crashed and re-booted with only about 2,000 emails in the QUEUE folder. After everything came back up, I checked the QUEUE folder and while it was delivering the 2,000 that went in there before the ...

Re: Problem in OpenEMM Start Up
The start.bat window goes away if it encounters an error. Go to Start-Run and type cmd (open up a DOS prompt) and navigate to your OpenEMM folder (mine is c:\openemm). Then type "start" and the window will stay open and show you the error. Also, I wasn't able to get it to run even with the...

Re: HTML Checker
That worked and the script code is saving with no errors after replacing those files. I know you get a lot of compliments for OpenEMM but I must say that your level of support for this free product is better than a lot of paid products support and I almost feel guilty for using OpenEMM for no charge...

Re: HTML Checker
This is the code that causes this error: "Found unsafe HTML tag: script" <script type="text/javascript"> var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www."); document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" +...

Re: HTML Checker
I have a customer who uses Google Analytics and never had a problem before but when I tried to save the customer's latest HTML, I'm suddenly getting an "Found unsafe HTML tag: script" error and the HTML won't save. If I remove the script, it's saving fine. Is there an undocumented feature...

Re: can not start up openemm
have you tried this fix: https://forum.openemm.org/installation-upgrades-f2/topic2163.html (See also directory OpenEMM software/OpenEMM 2011/Bugfixes at SourceForge.) If this doesn't work, see my post at the link below (last post on page). https://forum.openemm.org/installation-upgrades-f2/topic203...

SOLVED:Re: OpenEMM 2011 Windows Install
I ran into this same error (No such file or directory) when I ran start.bat and this is how I solved it. When you do the Windows install, some of the needed files are not installed, specifically startup.sh. So what I did is to install Tomcat 6 with the installer (32-bit/64-bit Windows Service Instal...
