If you don't have the openemm folder in /home/openemm you have to adjust the following parameter in the emm.properties:

Please make sure to adjust settings in file emm.properties for use of classic templates I did not find a parameter for that. and settings in file cms.properties for use of CM templates No parameter there neither. adjust rdir_domain in company_tbl. Mails are working now that I configured the right home folder in the emm.properties.

OK, I've got it: Our installation didn't have the home folder at /home/openemm.
