There is no file named emm.layout, but there is a bean with ID = "EmmLayout".

In what situation exactly are you getting the above mentioned error message?

Hi Payam, both of your bug reports are accepted and will be removed in the next relase.

We just confimed that there is a bug in the import wizard if you want to update existing recipients. The only workaround right now is to modify the database directly with MySQL or phpMyAdmin. We are working on a bug fix.

And which platform is the VMware running on? (I know, should not make a difference, but sometimes it does)

Could you plase specify the Linux distribution and version you are using? Between RedHat, Suse and Debian there are big differences (especially regarding the sendmail implementation). Sorry, our fault! The next version of OpenEMM will include a button to remove the impact of admins and test recipients from the mailing statistics.

You need a dedicated or at least virtual root server. Best OS choice is RHEL compatible CentOS because you can use the RPM package, but Suse/OpenSuse works too (choose tarball). Some users even operate OpenEMM on Debian.
