Yes, only the first record is processed (by incident, no bug), because every module gets filled by just one content record. If OpenEMM finds a matching record (and a record with target group "all subscribers" always matches) it uses this record to fill in the place holder (module) and stop...

invisible field values
This is a bug which will be fixed in - soon to be released - version 5.0.1. BTW, the values are not lost, but, unfortunately, not visible.
