Hello Maschoff, The professional EMM 2012 product contains a feature call Auto Optimize Mailing , that allows for automatic AB-Tests and will automatically send the best performaning version of a mailing. Are clicks counted in the opening rate
Hi, Maybe someone can help me with my question. If you have a recipient, that does not load the pictures in a newsletter, his opening of the email can not be counted (no 1-pixel image). However, if this user clicks on a link in this newsletter, will he then be counted in the opening rate? Please adv...

You should also look at this post:

because you maybe have to increase the max. recipients paramenter in OpenEMM.

Re: Images not Display
Hi, There is no direct way to prevent this, because it is NOT caused by OpenEMM. The recipients e-mail client will either block or load pictures, depending on the white-list, junk mail and download option set by the actual user. In order to reduce this issue, you can look into the following: Get you...

Re: OpenEMM sent emails too fast ?
Hi Phumy,
In OpenEMM 6.2 this is very easy (and should work in 2011/2012 as well).
Once you go to the mailing/send tab, you can actually choose the mail-block size and the time between the mail-blocks.
One example is 1,000 mails with 10 min. time between the mail blocks.
Best Regards
Markus

Re: Unsubscribe via Website-Link instead of via Newsletter-L
Hi Upstroke,
The only solution that we found is via Webservices. Yet we had some issues accessing the Webservices via PHP.
We are waiting for OpenEMM 2012, which has a new way to access the Webservices via PHP.

Re: Import of Opt Out
When you define the inport profile you can select to set the recipients status to "opt-out". Thus addresses imported with this profle are set as opt-out.

Re: how to creat link to ads mail
Hi, This is a sample "fullview" link from our OpenEMM: http://xxx/form.do?agnCI=1&agnFN=NL__MailingWebView&agnUID=##AGNUID## The part NL__MailingWebView refers to an OpenEMM Form by the same name. The OpenEMM Form has only one line: $archiveHtml Additionally we include an action (b...

Re: 2012 and Blacklist import
Hello maschoff,
Will the recipient import also work with domains, instead of just email addresses?
Example:
Can I import a CSV with something like this:
%@10minutemail.com
%@12minutemail.com
...
To exclude all email addresses from these domains?
Thanks a lot
