you may try to enable mysql-logging and follow it in real-time on the shell and see whether it does also run within 1 second there. you can also try to look through the openemm-logfiles whether there is a problem. or check the system-load during the page loads. maybe the java- / resin- / mysql-proce...

maybe you could try the same query on the cli and see whether it takes as long as in the webinterface.

not sure what exactly causes the problem, but try the following:

add the following to the text-version:

[agnDYN name="Text"/]Test

and add the following to the html-version:

[agnDYN name="HTML-Version"/]Test

maybe this could help.

you need at least a shell-access to the server and a sudo-able user if you dont have the full root account.

i had the same problem months ago (http://www.openemm.org/forums/viewtopic ... highlight=).

afair there was no final solution, just waiting for openemm v6 and hope to find in there.

as no one could help me here, I decided to do it my own way.

I used the middleware-server-application TransConnect (by SQL GmbH) for this task.

I look for a comfortable way to sync recipientlists of OpenEMM with the customers in Dynamics Navision who have set a 'newsletter' attribute.

Has anyone done this before`?

At the moment I plan to implement it by myself because it seems that there is no extension available.

There is a ready, with fully installed OpenEMM, virtual machine (vmWare) Image which you can download and add to the vmWare-Server and then you can try it.

I had 30 mailings in my mailing-overview table. Two of them are / were unsent. The newer one was meant to be send out today, the older one should be deleted. I tried to delete the older one with a click on the red cross in the mailing-overview table and finally, openemm deleted both unsent mailings....

It seems that there is no solution, yet.

Maybe another fresh installation or the usage of the complete VM would be better.

Connection refused

do you connect to 'localhost' or to the name / ip of your server?
you can / must set access-rights within mysql itself.

It would be nice if the "Error in Dyn-Tag"-Message would point me to the wrong tag.
