mailserver

Hi Andreas,

If you installed openemm on linux and installed sendmail as well, then check your maillog. (/var/log/maillog) Every smtp communication error will appear there.
Best regards
BG.

embedded image does not display in offline html mode

Hi If I use embedded image, the openemm uses the content-location entry like this: Content-Location: http://my.openemm.net/image?ci=1&mi=18&name=image.jpg and the img tag is src=3D"http://my.openemm.net/image?ci=1&mi=18&name=image.jpg" this cause that the image won't appear...

Normal file attachment size

Hi All, I found this in the documentation: 1. There is also a difference between the Original size and the Size in e-mail. qid

Hi ud,

Thank you for your answer. I'll test it with real mailings.
I think this behavior causes lot of false bug report because many of us uses test mailing to test opeemm features.
Best regards

Hi, Now I know that detection of instant bounces are made by the slrtscn.py script. Which could not parse my maillog file. I did some changes, now it could parse, but the statictics do not show it. http://www.openemm.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=2485#2485 If anyone have any comment on this please post...

Debian Etch, Sendmail 8.13.8 slrtscn.py (maillog parser)

Hi, I found that the slrtscn.py did not parse my maillog. One example line from my maillog: sendmail[7613]: 1db4Tccec00000001: to=<invalid@address.com>, delay=00:00:43, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=0, relay=mail.server.com. [10.10.10.1], dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown There was no regexp match :...

Unfortunately the instant bounce (maillog parse) does not work on my machine, however the rigths on the file are OK. I have this line in the maillog Jul 7 15:28:54 h...
