I had this problem too and the fix is very easy. It is caused when the Windows Installer (WinInst) package is used rather that using the Windows ZIP file (apache-tomcat-6.0.nn-windows-x86.zip). If you un-install the WinInst version and unzip the ZIP version to C:\ then all will be good again. Just m...
