SQL update onepixel_log_tbl error?

Hi, I'm using OpenEMM 2011 on Debian. I started getting this error in the openemm@localhost mailbox: sql:update onepixel_log_tbl set open_count = open_count+1 where company_id = ? and customer_id = ? and mailing_id = ? Exception: org.springframework.jdbc.UncategorizedSQLException: PreparedStatementC...

Re: Some bounce clarifications...

Thanks maschoff. By option for "resetting the status for the group of recipients" I meant an option for changing back the status from "Bounced" (2) to "Active" (1), for all bounced recipients, not just reattaching one recipient at a time for particular mailing lists. Al...

Some bounce clarifications...

Hi, I read a lot of posts here in the "Bounce management" section, but some things are still unclear to me... I'm using OpenEMM 2011 on Debian squeeze 6. I didn't configure any additional bounce management (running it "out of the box"). How do the softbounces / hardbounces work i...

Re: What's maillog file used for?

Thanks for the reply. I have logrotate running, it maintains syslog, mail.info, mail.err mail.log, etc. But since the file in question is maillog (not mail.log), it was missing form logrotate config. I added it, so I'll see what happens.

What's maillog file used for?

Hi there, I have a bit of a problem with maillog file, since it grows rapidly, and the partition for 'var' on this Debian distro (squeeze 6.something, I think) is predicted to be less than 3GB. I was wondering what exact data OpenEMM pulls from this file, since it is needed to grant read access duri...

Re: Redirection domain problems

Is OpenEMM webapp supposed to work in some kind of externalized context (CATALINA_BASE being set to install home...) ? I did one successful installation before with explicit deployment of the openemm webapp folder, but that server had FQDN already set up, so the redirection domain was like http://ww...

Redirection domain problems

Hi, I installed OpenEMM-2011 on Debian squeeze. Everything works OK, except redirection URL's for images. For example, I cannot see them in preview of the Content Manager (the openemm_demo-cms.sql was previously loaded into the database). I updated rdir_domain to: http://192.168.1.130:8080/openemm (...

Re: Content Manager upload new picture problem?

OK, to answer my own question...
I forgot to edit emm.properties and cms.properties files, and to set appropriate fields to my openemm installation URL. It works now.

Content Manager upload new picture problem?

Hi, I have the following problems with Content manager regarding pictures and preview (I'm using OpenEMM 2011): On the main overview page of the Content manager, for all tabs (CM template, Module types and Content modules) initial preview doesn't work. It just displays icon of non-existing image. Ho...
