Sorry, OpenEMM 2015 R3 has EOL status and will not be developed further. It was replaced by a redesigned OpenEMM, current version is 24.04 (see https://wiki.openemm.org for more info).

You are right, an upload_tbl does not exist in OpenEMM. We will check and if we can repeat the bug, we will provide a fix soon.

OpenEMM 19.10 does not work with Java 11. You should use a later version of OpenEMM.
