My hunch: Mails from your IP were probably blocked by some ISPs which slows down processing of the queue and gives the impression that nothing is going forward. Quite often ISPs use to block IPs only temporarily and probably have lifted the block which lead to resumption of queue processing. It's b...

Recipient Status Discrepancy

I just noticed a strange discrepancy in one of my mailing lists. The total number of recipients in the list is 100267. Total number of bounced/opted out is 26768. Logically this should leave the number of active recipients at 73499. However, when I filter the list of recipients by status and choose ...

I just re-checked these mailings for the first time since my original post and whatever the problem was seems to have sorted itself out and the mailings have finished going out. Here's what I show now: http://www.americanhbs.com/images/mailing_scrn_3.jpg http://www.americanhbs.com/images/mailing_scr...

Thank you for the reply. I had checked the standard logs in /var/log before posting this. I didn't realize there was a separate set of logs in /home/openemm/var/log. There are 4 <date>-mailer-xmlback.log files in there corresponding to the dates of these two mailings. Each as one error message, but ...

Mailings not finishing

I've gotten Openemm installed configured and tested. The first mailing completed successfully. Now I have two mailings that just won't complete. (see screenshots below) The list being used for all mailings was imported from a MS SQL database via CSV. It took two tries to get the import done. I had s...

bav.sock unsafe?

The following message is showing up repeatedly in my mail log:

Apr 25 06:40:01 mailer sm-mta[5507]: o3PAe1vd005507: Milter (bav): local socket name /home/openemm/var/run/bav.sock unsafe

I have no idea what it means or how to correct the problem.

I'm sorry I wasn't more specific about the values. The "http://" is present in both entries in the tables mentioned.

So, if those are as they should be what else could cause the redirect/click tracking not to work?

The rdir_domain in the table company_tbl is set as redir.mycompany.com:8080 and the target url is listed in rdir_url_tbl.

That's how it's supposed to look right?

Trackable Code not Inserted into Mailing

I just installed OpenEMM and when through the manual thoroughly. According to the manual (page 95), when you make a link like <a href = http://mywebsite.com>cool site</a> trackable the link should automatically be replaced by something like <a href = http://redirectdomain.com:8080?#######>cool site ...
