OpenEMM does not send out emails to regular recipients

Hi OpenEMM-Community,

OpenEMM does not send out emails to regular users, whereas it sends out emails to admin and test users. Same Mailing ... number of regular recipients is around 700 ... any ideas/suggestions why this strange behaviour might occur?

Regards,
Sebastian

I solved this one, too! The charset of the form has to be UTF-8 - otherwise the data is not accepted by OpenEMM.

Hi, I just have solved the problem. In the action based mailing you have to specify the corresponding maillist - otherwise the system does not know, which mailist the subscription belongs to.

DOI Error

Hi,

when a user, that is already in the database, subscribes, the DOI-Link does lead to an error message. Any idea what this could be?

Edit: I get the error message also when the user is a new subscriber to the list now.

Thanks for your advise. I read it more than once but cannot find the solution how to save the custom field in the database, sorry.

Do I have to define a "script-action"?

Hi,
I am using openemm on a german website. I have recognized, that it is impossible subscribe to a mailinglist, when your name has an "mutated vowel" (umlaut) in it. Anyone has got a solution for this?
