Hi

We are looking to upgrade to the latest version of emm, but never having done this before I'm not sure how long to estimate...

Any ideas of an approximate time - ie 30 mins, 5 hours - obviously I have to take into consideration the usual anomolies that occur, but some broadline figure would be great..

The update consists mainly of the download, unpacking, copying files and restarting. Usually less than 10 minutes. You might have to enter a few lines at the command line (see UPDATE.txt), which takes another 5 minutes.
